OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL OTHER LOSSES ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, SHALL BE LIMITED TO £100 OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO **QFOODTECH** IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.
