Can I use my own domain name?
Absolutely. Your free site comes with a QFoodTech subdomain (yourbusiness.qfoodtech.com), but you can connect your own custom domain (yourbusiness.com) at any time. Paid plans include domain setup assistance.

Do I need technical skills to set this up?

What's included in the Free Plan?
The Free Plan includes: website ordering system, Facebook ordering, mobile ordering, QR code menu, table reservations, scheduled orders, delivery zone setup, out of stock management, free food images, promos and coupons, basic reporting, and SEO tools. See our full features list for details.

How do I get paid for online orders?
You connect your own payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to our system. When customers pay online, money goes directly into your bank account—we never handle your funds. The optional Online Payment Service (£34/month) enables this integration.

What payment methods can customers use?
Customers can pay via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and digital wallets—depending on which payment gateway you choose. You can also offer cash on pickup for local customers.

Are there any hidden fees?
None whatsoever. We believe in complete transparency. The Free Plan is genuinely free. Paid services are clearly priced with no surprises. You'll never see unexpected charges on your bill.

Can I cancel paid services anytime?
